摘 要:摘要:目的探讨3DFS-nSSFP序列在腰骶脊神经根成像中的临床价值。方法对29例受检者行3DFS—nSSFP(3Dfat—suppressed balanced non—SSFP)和PR()SET(principle of selective excitation technique)序列扫描,比较2种序列神经根边缘的锐利度.神经根的完整性,椎管内神经根的显示以及周围结构的显示情况。结果在椎管内神经根显示和周围解剖结构显示方面3DFSnSSFP序列优于PROSET序列,差异有显著性意义(P〈O.05);在神经根边缘锐利度,神经根完整性方面2种序列差异无统汁学意义(P〉0.05)。结论3DFS—nSSFP序列可以很好地显示腰骶脊神经根,为临床诊治提供满意的影像学依据。Objective To investigate the clinical value of 3D FS-nSSFP sequence in displaying lumbosacral nerve roots. Methods 3D FS-nSSFP( 3D fat-suppressed balanced non-SSFP)and PROSET(principle of selective excitation technique) sequences were per formed in 29 patients for the examination of the lumbosacral nerve root. The sharpness of the nerve root ,number of nerve roots dis played within the vertebral canal,integrity of nerve roots and the other anatomic structure demonstrated on 3I) FS-nSSFP and PR() SET sequences were compared. Results The number of nerve roots displayed within the vertebral canal and the other anatomic structure on images with 3D FS-nSSFP were superior than that with PROSET(P(0.05). There were no statistically significant difference between the two sequences in the detection of sharpness and number of the nerve roots(P)0.05). Conclusion 3D FS- nSSFP is useful in the visualization of the nerve root and the diagnosis of nerve root diseases.
