熄风化痰法结合西医常规治疗中风急性期30例

摘　　要：目的:观察熄风化痰法结合西医常规治疗缺血性中风急性期临床疗效。方法:将60例随机分成两组,对照组30例接受常规西医治疗,治疗组30例在常规西医治疗基础上配合熄风化痰法治疗。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),两组中医证候积分改变、神经功能缺损程度均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:熄风化痰法结合西医常规治疗优于单纯西医常规治疗。Objective ： To search for more effective treatment of stroke , provides a convenient, effective reference. Methods ： 60 cases of acute period of stroke patients were divided into two groups, Control group ： 30 patients received routine treatment of Western medicine.Treatment group ： 30 patients received routine treatment of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine eliminating phlegm and calming wind.Results： The treatment group in traditional chinese medicine syndrome integral change, the degree of neural function defect is obviously superior to the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） .Conclusion： Traditional chinese medicine eliminating phlegm and calming wind combined with western medicine treatment of stroke is superior to western medicine treatment.h is worthy of popularization and application.
