摘 要:研究了不同应用工艺条件下,LEVOTANX-CelF微球对牛鞋面革质量、部位差、物理机械强度及感官性能的影响。结果表明:密度随着微球用量的增加减小,当用量为15%左右时密度不再改变;部位差亦随着微球用量的增加而减小,可见微球较易进入纤维松散的腹肷部位;在填充时间90min、温度50℃、pH值5.5工艺条件下,成革综合性能最优,物理机械强度均达国家标准。The influence of LEVOTAN X - Cel F microsphere on cattle shoe upper leather weight, location difference, physical and mechanical strength and sensory properties under different application technologies of microsphere was investigated. The results show that: the density of leather decreases with an increasing dosage of microsphere, and remains stable when its amount reaches 15%, and the difference of texture exhibits a similar decreasing trend, which indicates the capability of microsphere pene- trating into opened fibers in belly. The optimal comprehensive properties of finished leather could be obtained under the following conditions:90 minutes filling time, temperature is 50℃ and pH is 5.5. The physical and mechanical strength of resultant leather conforms to the national standards.
