摘　　要：介绍了聚氨酯人造革、合成革的定义、基本生产过程,分析了我国聚氨酯人造革、合成革生产过程中产生的污染及来源。从原材料替代、工艺改进以及废物循环利用等方面,系统阐明了我国聚氨酯合成革行业实现清洁生产的途径和方法。根据目前行业发展现状分析了聚氨酯人造革、合成革清洁生产未来发展趋势。Definition and basic production processes on PU artificial leather and synthetic leather were discussed. Pollution and sources made by the PU artificial leather and synthetic leather in China were analyzed. From the aspects of raw material substitution, process improvement and waste re - use, etc, the ways and methods were described on realizing cleaner production of the PU synthetic leather industry in our country. On the basis of cub＇rent industry development situation, future development trend was predicted as to cleaner production on the PU artificial leather and synthetic leather.
