摘　　要：工程变更对承包商收入有重要影响,其中合理化建议是承包商实现创收的关键。通过对相关文件和工程实践案例分析确定承包商合理化建议的内涵和主要情形,利用价值工程原理分析承包商合理化建议实现创收的两条基本路径。针对性提出承包商创收的具体策略。Variation of works in a project has an important impact on a contractor＇s revenue, rationalized proposal is the key for a contractor to achieve earned income. The paper ascertains the connotation and main situations of rationalization of pro posals by the case analysis of relevant documents and engineering practice, analyzes by way of value engineering two basic paths for a contractor to achieve his earned income by proposing rationalization proposals, and puts forward some concrete strategies for a contractor to get the earned income.
