摘 要:为了方便测试实验室自制小功率直流稳压电源,设计了一种新型智能电子负载。该电子负载以单片机为主控芯片,包括恒流控制、电压电流检测、过压保护、供电电源等电路,实现了定电流、直流稳压电源负载调整率自动测试和过压保护功能,能实时测量直流稳压电源的输出电压和电流。将该电子负载应用到实验室自制小功率直流稳压电源的测试中,能有效测试出负载调整率。A new kind of intelligent electronic load was designed to test the low-power DC stabilized power supply made in the laboratory. The MCU is taken as the main control chip in the intelligent electronic load, and includs the circuits of constant current control, voltage-current detection, over-voltage protection and power supply, etc. The intelligent electronic load has the functions of constant current, automatic testing of load regulation and over-voltage protection, and can measure the output volt- age and current of the DC power supply in real-time. This intelligent electronic load is applied to the low-power DC regulated power supply made in the laboratory, and can test the load regulation effectively.
