摘　　要：通用财务软件的项目预算管理系统,界面简明、功能实用。该系统以大量实际科研预算管理的统计分析为基础进行顶层设计,通过开发独有的经费核算凭证数据访问接口与通用财务软件进行实时数据交换,实现了课题专项资金财务管理的事前、事中和事后全过程控制,并能连续、准确、完整地反映课题在执行期内的预算执行情况,使各项支出合规、可控,从而有效提高科研经费使用效益。Based on the general financial software,this project budget management system is highly targeted,with a concise interface,and is very practical.The top design of this system is based on a large number of statistical analysis of practical scientific research budget management,and by developing the unique financial accounting voucher data access interfaces the goal of data exchange is achieved with the general financial software,by realizing the entire process control of the special funds financial management,and revealing the budget implementation situation continuously,precisely and completely,to make each expenditure compliant and controllable and improve the research fund utilization.
