地方性本科院校应用型人才培养探析

摘　　要：应用型人才培养一直是高等教育研究的重大理论和实践问题,也是地方性本科院校教育改革、加强内涵建设的热点问题。该文首先就应用型人才培养的背景及现状进行论述,根据梧州学院的实际情况,以评建为契机,分析梧州学院应用型人才培养的问题,提出人才培养方案、产学研平台建设、实践教学体系建设等措施,以满足地方经济社会发展需要的高质量应用型人才。Educating of applied talents is always a important theoretical and practical topic for research in the field of higher ed-ucation and it is also heated focus in educational reform and enlargement of educational connotation. Starting from an analysis of background and present situation of training applied talents, this paper, based on the specific situation and the coming opportunity of educational evaluation, analyzes some issues during the course of training applied talents of Wuzhou University, proposes a series of measures. It makes an analysis from the perspectives of talent educating program, construction of platform for teaching, learning and researching, practice teaching system, etc. in order to train high-quality applied talents to meet the requirements for economic and social development.
