HIF-1α在原发性系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的表达与中医辨证分型的相关性

摘　　要：目的:观察HIF-1α在原发性系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MsPGN)的表达及其与轻、中、重不同程度系膜增生的相关性,同时探讨与中医辨证分型的关系。方法:临床收集MsPGN 120例,根据中医辨证分为四型。随机选取40例应用免疫组化方法检测HIF-1α的表达。结果:MsPGN患者肾小管间质及肾小球均可见HIF-1α表达,且HIF-1α表达强度与系膜增生程度呈正相关。中医辨证分型中,肺肾气虚型、气阴两虚型、肝肾阴虚型、脾肾阳虚型在轻、中、重度MsPGN所占比例不同,HIF-1α在各证型的表达也不同。结论:HIF-1α在不同程度及不同证型MsPGN中的表达有差异,可为MsPGN中西医诊断提供一定的参考意义。Objective： To observe the expression of HIF-1α in primary mesangial proliferative glomerulone- phritis （MsPGN） and the correlation between HIF-1α and light, medium and severe different degrees of mesangial proliferation,and investigate the relationship between TCM syndrome types and the degrees. Methods： 120 cases with MsPGN were collected, and were divided into four types according to TCM syndromes. And 40 ones were ran- domly selected to detect the expression of HIF-1α with immunohistochemieal method. Results： The expression of HIF-1α could be observed in renal tubule interstitium and glomerulus in the patients with MsPGN. And the strength of the expression of HIF-1α was positively correlated with the degree of mesangial proliferation. In the syndrome differentiation syndrome of qi-deficiency in lung and kidney, syndrome of both qi and yin deficiency, syn- drome of hepatic and renal yin-deficiency, and syndrome of yang-deficiency in spleen and kidney had different pro- portion in light, medium and severe MsPGN, and the expression of HIF-1α was different in different syndrome types. Conclusion： The expression of HIF-1α is different in different degree and different syndrome types of MsPGN, which can provide some reference significance for MsPGN diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
