摘 要:本文研究了单丝纤度和纤维截面形状对摇粒绒织物保暖性和透湿性的影响。研究结果表明,随着涤纶单丝纤度的减小,织物的热阻呈现上升趋势,但减小至一定值,热阻开始下降,而织物的透湿性随涤纶单丝纤度的减小而提高,CoolDry异形纤维对摇粒绒织物保暖性无显著影响,但能很好地改善其透湿性。In order to improve the thermal insulation property and moisture permeability of polyester filament polar fleece knitted fabrics, the cross sectional shape and DPF of the fiber used were studied. The results showed that thermal resistance was increasing with the decreasing of fiber DPF. But when DPF reduced to a certain value, thermal resistance began to decline. The moisture permeability continued to increase with the decreasing of DPF. CoolDry profiled fiber had no obvious influence on thermal property of polar fleece fabric, but helped improve its moisture permeability.
