摘  要:以K326为材料,研究实时氮肥管理(real-timenitrogenmanagement,RTNM)模式下不同SPAD(soilplantanalysisdevelopment)阈值对烤烟干物质、氮素积累及产质量的影响。结果表明:RTNM模式下,在一定范围(38-43)内,随着SPAD阈值的提高,烤烟各器官的干物质、氮素积累量和产量产值随之增加,当SPAD阈值超过43后,烟叶产量、产值不再增加或增加幅度减小,在SPAD阈值达到48时,烟叶干物质、氮素积累及产量产值反而降低。综合来说,本试验条件下,烤烟品种K326在RTNM模式下的SPAD阈值在40.5-43范围内(氮肥用量为75-110kg/hm2)能获得较高的干物质、氮素积累和产质量,在生产上值得推荐应用。This flue-cured tobacco variety of K326 was used in this experiment to research the effect of different SPAD threshold on dry matter, nitrogen accumulation, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco in the mode of RTNM. The results showed that in the mode of RTNM management, with the SPAD threshold increased in the range from 38-43, the dry matter, nitrogen accumulation, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco was added also in every flue-cured tobacco organs. However, when the SPAD threshold was in excess of 43, the yield and quality were no longer added or added extent reduced. Even when it was in excess of 48, the dry matter, nitrogen accumulation, yield and quality were reduced contrarily. In general, in this experimental conditions, the SPAD threshold was in the range from 40.5-43 in the mode of RTNM when the nitrogen rate was in the range from 75 to 110 kg/hm2, the variety of K326 could get higher dry matter, nitrogen accumulation, yield and quality, which was worth of recommendation and application in the procession of plant.
