摘 要:以河池报春苣苔(Primulinahochiensis)、线叶报春苣苔(Plinearifolia)、永福报春苣苔(P、yungfuensis)、尖萼报春苣苔(Ppungentisepala)为研究对象,采用多因素完全随机区组试验设计,探讨3种扦插方式和3种扦插基质对4种报春苣苔属植物扦插生根的影响。结果表明,4种报春苣苔属植物在珍珠岩:草炭=1:1(V/V)基质中的扦插效果最好,形成的子株数最多(19.67-29.67),不定根发生时间最短(28.33.41d),不定芽发生时间最快(63.67-79.67d);河池报春苣苔以全叶插方式繁殖效果最好,线叶报春苣苔、永福报春苣苔、尖萼报春苣苔以半叶插方式繁殖效果最好。To provide technical guidance for commercial production, the best leaf cutting propagation of four Primulina species (Primulina hochiensis, P. linearifolia, P. yungfuensis and P. pungentisepala) were investigated with a multi-factor randomized block design including three cutting modes and three substrate ratios. The results showed that the optimum medium ratio was perlite:peat=1:1 (V/V) with maximum seedlings (19.67-29.67) and quick development of adventitious roots (28.33-41 d) and adventitious buds (63.67-79.67 d). Entire leaf cutting was more suitable for P. hochiensis, and half leaf cutting was more suitable for P. linearifolia, P.pungentisepala and P. yungfuensis.
