手腕部类风湿性关节炎DR平片分析与中医证型相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对类风湿关节炎(RA)DR平片的分析,探讨类风湿性关节炎X线分期与中医证型之间的相关性,为临床医生的辨证及治疗提供更好依据。方法:选取102例类风湿性关节炎病人,行手腕部数字化DR摄影,根据骨与关节X线分期,将其与寒湿痹阻证、湿热痹阻证、寒湿错杂痹阻证、肝肾亏虚兼痰瘀痹阻证4个中医证型的相关性进行统计分析。结果:寒湿痹阻证、湿热痹阻证、寒热错杂痹阻证X线平片以Ⅱ期多见,肝肾亏虚兼痰瘀痹阻证多见Ⅲ期改变。结论:中医证型与类风湿性关节炎手腕部DR平片分级之间存在一定的相关性,具有统计学意义。Objective： To investigate the correlation between rheumatoid arthritis X- ray grading and TCM syndrome type through the analysis of the rheumatoid arthritis （RA） DR plain film to provide the evidence for the clinicians＇TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 102 cases with rheuma- toid arthritis accepted wrist digital DR photography. According to X - ray stage of the bone and joint in the plain film, we divided them into 4 syndromes, which were syndrome of cold - dampness, syndrome of damp - heat, syndrome of mixed cold and dampness, and syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency and combined with phlegm and blood stasis. Then we did the statistical analysis on the syndromes of rheumatoid arthritis. Results： DR plain film Was more Ⅱ grading in syndrome of cold - dampness, syndrome of damp - heat, syndrome of mixed cold and dampness. In syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency more Ⅲ grading. Conclusion：There was the correlation be- tween TCM syndrome type and wrist rheumatic arthritis classification with statistical significance.
