摘 要:为改善汽车的除霜性能,文章应用STARCCM+软件对汽车除霜风道进行了数值模拟计算,在稳态流场计算的基础上找出了当前风道存在主管两侧壁与水平面夹角大、出口有直角涡流区及格栅角度未起到分风作用3个问题。针对上述问题对风道进行逐步优化,得到前风挡气流分布均匀的风道模型。在全部计算域进行除霜瞬态计算,得到不同方案的最终除霜效果。计算结果表明,最优方案较原方案除霜率提高了6.27%。In order to improve vehicle defrosting, simulating and optimizing vehicle defrosting vent is described in this paper using STARCCM+. Based on results of steady state calculation, three problems have been found: the angle between both sides of the wall and horizontal is too big, a turbulence area exists in right-angle zone of the outlet pipe and grilles don’t have good effects on leading the airflow. Optimizations continue to be engaged according to the problems mentioned above, and a vent pipe model with well-distributed airflow on windshield is obtained at last. The final defrosting effect for different projects is obtained, after a transient calculation is made in all the computational regions. The result showed that the defrosting ratio increased by 6.27 percent after optimigation compared with former defrosting ratio.
