摘　　要：图书馆科学管理是高等院校教学与科研的根本保障。针对图书馆的管理现状和存在的许多问题,应研究好信息时代图书馆科学管理内涵和发展趋势,探讨出高校图书馆管理之创新方略,用以适应现代化图书馆发展的需求。Library of scientific management is the fundamental protection for teaching and research of colleges and universities. This paper studies content and development trend of the university library scientific management for status and the many problems in the information age, as well as the innovative strategies to meet the requirements of modern library development.
