摘　　要：目的:研究盆炎消颗粒基于清热、行气止痛功效的药理作用,并从抗炎、镇痛及免疫方面阐明其作用机制。方法:采用小白鼠琼脂致炎法研究其抗炎作用;采用小白鼠热板法研究其镇痛作用;通过观察盆炎消颗粒对小白鼠单核吞噬细胞功能的影响了解其对小鼠免疫功能的作用。结果:盆炎消颗粒能明显抑制小鼠琼脂肉芽肿的形成,并能明显抑制血清中PGE2的合成;能提高小鼠痛阈值;可在第20分钟促进小鼠的炭粒廓清能力,经K值计算后,与水对照组进行统计学比较,无显著性差异。结论:盆炎消颗粒具有良好的消炎镇痛作用,并能提高机体的免疫力。Objective： To research the main pharmacological actions of Penyan Xiao extract for chronic pelvic inflammation based on clearing heat, promoting qi circulation and relieving pain effect and clarify the mechanism of action about anti-inflammatory action, anal- gesic action and immunologic function. Methods： The analgesic action of Penyan Xiao extract was studied by mouse hot plate method; the anti-inflammatory action was verified by experiments of mouse agar-induced granuloma; and the immunologic function was studied ac- cording to observed the effects of Penyan Xiao Extract on function of mouse mononuclear phagocytes. Results ： Penyan Xiao extract could reduced the weight of mouse agar-induced granuloma, increased the pain threshold in mouse, and could also increased the function of mouse mononuclear phagocytes in the 20 minutes, and there is no statistically significant difference between water control group after cal- culated the K. Conclusion： Penyan Xiao extract has a good anti-inflammatory effect and ana],gesic action and can improve the body＇s im- munity.
