阿胶在呼吸系统疾病中的现代临床研究与应用

摘　　要：阿胶具有广泛的药理作用,在临床多用阿胶的补血作用,而对其滋阴润肺作用了解较少。本研究通过对阿胶近期研究文献分析整理,从治疗小儿咳嗽、肺结核和支气管扩张中咳血、小儿哮喘和慢性咽炎、经典名方补肺阿胶汤在呼吸系统中的应等不同方面,给中医药研究及临床工作者,提供了较为详实的阿胶在呼吸系统疾病中的现代临床应用概况,为发挥阿胶滋阴润燥作用提供依据。The clinical application of CoUaCoriiAsini mainly focuses on blood enriching function, but rarely about the function of nour- ishing Yin and moistening dryness, although it has Comprehensive pharmaceutical activities. Therefore, this research summarizes clinical application and modem research of CollaCoriiAsini in respiratory diseases, including infant asthma, infant coughs, spitting up blood in bronchiectasis, tuberculosis and chronic pharyngitis, as well as the application of classic prescription ＂Lung-invigorating Decoction of E- Jiao＂, through systematic analysis of recently scientific literature, in order to provide a theoretical basis for fully clinical application of CoUaCoriiAsini on nourishing Yin and moistening dryness function.
