摘　　要：目的:探讨非甾体抗炎药的临床应用及不良反应。方法:对50例发生非甾体抗炎药的不良反应的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果:非甾体抗炎药的不良反应包括胃肠道反应,肝、肾以及血液系统损害等。结论:随着非甾体抗炎药的广泛应用,其不良反应发生的情况较为多见,在使用过程中临床医生应严加关注,确保用药安全,以减少药物对机体的副作用。Objective： To discuss non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug clinical application and adverse reaction. Methods： Fifty ca- ses happened non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug adverse reactions of cases and the data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Non- steroidal anti-inflammatory drug adverse reactions including gastrointestinal reaction, liver, kidney and blood system damage, etc. Con- clusion： As non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug is widely used, and the adverse reactions happened more see more, in use process clini- cal doctors should strict attention to ensure medication safety, in order to reduce the side effects of drugs on the body.
