摘　　要：分析了高校教学和个性化学习的发展现状,介绍了企业中广泛应用的工作流技术,分析了工作流在教学中的需求,提出了教学流程改进的目标和解决方案,并阐述了工作流应用于教学流程的特殊要求。This paper analyzes the recent development of teaching and personalized learning in colleges and universities, introduces the wide use of workflow technology in the enterprises, analyzes the requirements of workflow technology applied in teaching, puts forward the improved goals and solutions of the teaching process, finally describes the special requirements of the workflow applied in teaching process.
