摘　　要：近年来,我国大力发展高等职业教育,无论是高等职业院校数量还是高职毕业生数量都在逐年递增,高职生的就业力问题、就业质量问题也日益引起社会各界的广泛关注。通过分析用人单位关注的高职生就业力主要影响因素,从用人单位的视角分析高职生就业力现状及提升途径。In recent years, China＇s vigorous development of higher occupation education, both the number of higher occupation colleges or vocational graduates is increasing year by year. The employment problem and the employment quality issues of college students have increasingly attracted wide attention from all sectors of society. In this paper, through the analysis of main factors of vocational college students＇ employment force which employers higher concerned, analyze the problem of students＇ employment force from the employer＇s perspective and find the effective way of how to improve students＇ employment force.
