摘  要:人事档案信息知情权和隐私权是档案管理中同时存在而又相互矛盾的合法权益。如何协调好两者的关系,既最大限度地满足档案利用者对档案信息的合理需求,保护知情权,又做到档案开放中个人隐私权不被侵犯,是人事档案开放利用中需要关注的问题。the personnel archives information right and the right of privacy are legitimate rights and interests which are conflicting also existed in the archives management. How to deal with the relationship between them is the problem which should be focused on in the personal privacy opening use, by satisfying the reasonable demand of utilization by archives of archives information and protecting the right to know at utmost, without violating the personal privacy in the file opening.
