大学生志愿者生活满意度研究——以2011年世界大学生夏季运动会为例

摘　　要：目的:以2011年在深圳举办的第26届世界大学生夏季运动会大学生志愿者为例,研究大学生志愿者的生活满意度。方法:采用《青少年学生生活满意度量表》大学生志愿者和非志愿者进行问卷调查,采用统计软件SPSS16.0对数据结果进行统计比较。结果:(1)大运会志愿者生活满意度总分显著高于非大运会志愿者;6个因子中,友谊、家庭和学业满意度,志愿者得分高于非志愿者;自由、学校和环境满意度不存在差异。(2)大运会志愿者生活满意度总分存在性别差异,女生满意度高于男生满意度;非志愿者生活满意度不存在性别差异;6个因子中,志愿者学校满意度和环境满意度因子得分,男生低于女生;非志愿者学业满意度因子得分,男生高于女生;环境满意度得分,男生低于女生。结论:大型体育赛事大学生志愿者生活满意度高于普通大学生,志愿者的生活满意度与性别有关,与年级无关。Objectives: This article studied life satisfaction of volunteers participating in the 2011 Shenzhen Summer Universiade.Methods: 180 volunteers from the Universiade comprised the experimental group,and 163 non-volunteer freshmen the control group.They both completed the Life Satisfaction Scales applicable to Chinese Adolescent Students.SPSS16.0 was adopted to analyze the data.Results:(1)The experiment group's total score of life satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of the control group.Of the 6 factors,the former scored significantly higher than the latter in 3,that is,friendship,family and school work,while there was no difference in the other 3,namely,freedom,university,environment.(2) There is a striking difference between male and female volunteers in the total score,specifically,female were more satisfied than male.However,there was no such gender difference in the control group.Of the 6 factors,male volunteers scored lower than female in school and environmental satisfaction.In the control group,male non-volunteers scored higher than female in school work satisfaction,but lower in environmental satisfaction.Conclusions: The life satisfaction degree of university volunteers participating in large-scale sports events was higher than non-volunteers,and their life satisfactory degree correlated with gender,not with grade.
