摘　　要：癌症作为一种恶性刺激,使患者长期处于应激状态,癌症患者会因病程、年龄、文化、性别的差异,在临床上表现出各种不同的心理障碍。本文综述了癌症患者的不同临床心理及产生不同心理障碍的相关因素,并根据临床患者的心理障碍提出护理措施。Cancer as an malignant stimulation, makes the cancer sufferers keep long-term in the stress state. The cancer sufferers may exhibit different mentality obstacles because of their difference of course of diseases, age, cultural level and sex. This paper summarized the different clinic mentality of cancer sufferers and the correlative factors which arose the different mentality, and puts forward the nursing countermeasures according to the mentality.
