摘  要:建立毛细管离子色谱-积分安培检测法测定地下水中碘离子的方法。样品经0.20μm滤膜过滤后注入离子色谱仪,采用IonPac AS16阴离子交换分离柱分离,62.5 mmol/L NaOH溶液梯度洗脱,由安培检测器积分安培检测模式定量检测。方法检出限为0.20μg/L,线性范围5~100μg/L,相关系数0.9999。重现性良好,相对标准偏差小于0.6%(n=9)。加标回收率为91.2%~106.0%。A method with capillary chromatographic column integrated ampere detector has been developed for determination of iodide ion in groundwater. The water sample was filtered through 0.20μm filter membrane and injected into ion chromatography. Iodide ion was separated by Ion Pac AS16 anion exchange column with 62.5 mmol/L NaOH solution as gradient eluent. The signal of iodide ion was detec- ted by ampere detector under integral ampere detection model. The detection limit calculated for a signal - to - noise ratio (S/N) of 3. 143 is 0.20 μg/L. The linear range is 5 - 100 μg/L ( r =0.9999), The reproducibility was lower than 0.60 relative standard deviaton( RSD,% ) ( n = 9). The recoveries ranged from 91.2% to 106.0%.
