摘　　要：针对汽车行业对齿圈调质的要求,开发了全自动转底式调质生产线。介绍了生产线生产能力、各个设备组成、运行过程控制及主体设备结构。通过生产线长期运行,验证了设备运行可靠性;与传统设备相比,提高了生产效率,降低了运行成本。According to the requirements of quenching and tempering ring gear in automotive industry, we have developed the fully automatic rotary bottom type quenching and tempering production line. This arti- cle describes the production capacity of the production line, each equipment composition, control of run- ning processes and the main equipment structure. Through long running of production line, the reliability of equipment operation is verified. Compared with traditional equipment, it improves production efficiency and reduces operating costs.
