摘  要:大港油田潜山地层呈现高温、易漏、高产、高含硫化氢特征,在试油过程中安全风险大,技术含量高。经过几年不断研究与探索,设计了射孔-酸压-测试联作一体化管柱,制定了防硫化氢对策,形成了适合大港潜山特点的酸压液体体系和工艺方法。目前该试油技术已趋于成熟,初步形成一套高含硫化氢井试油技术方法,已分别在3口井上现场应用,安全顺利完成各项技术指标,均获高产气流。Buried hill formation in Dagang Oilfield has features of high temperature,being easy to leak,high-yield,high hydrogen sulfide content,so,it has high security risks in the process of testing oil,and high technical content.After several years of continuous research and exploration,an integrated test string of perforation-acid pressure-test has been designed,anti-hydrogen sulfide countermeasures are developed,and acid fracturing liquid system and process methods for Dagang buried hill features have been formed.At present,this kind of test oil technology is being matured,and set of test tech for high content of hydrogen sulfide has been developed which are applied in 3 wells on site,the technical indicators are completed successful,and yield gas flows are gained.
