长期冷水胁迫对水稻新品系J07-23农艺性状的影响

摘  要:以水稻新品系J07-23和冷敏感的栽培稻"秀子糯"为试验材料,在孕穗期将参试材料放置于冷水池中直至成熟,研究长期冷水胁迫对J07-23农艺性状的影响。结果表明:长期冷水胁迫显著或极显著降低了参试材料的株高、穗颈节间长、倒一节间长、花药长、花药体积、穗长、千粒重和结实率,但J07-23降低的幅度最小。在长期冷水胁迫下,J07-23的剑叶长、剑叶宽、倒二叶长、倒二节间长、花药宽、穗粒数无显著变化,而"秀子糯"的这些参数显著或极显著降低。冷水胁迫对参试材料的倒二叶宽、倒三节间长、一次枝梗数、二次枝梗数均无显著影响,但倒四节间长显著升高。综合评价各农艺性状对长期冷水的响应,水稻新品系J07-23具有极强的耐冷性。In order to study the effects of long-term cold water stress on agronomic characters of new rice variety J07 - 23, J07 - 23 and chilling-sensitive cultivated rice Xiuzinuo exposed to cold water pool from booting stage to maturity were used in this study. The results showed that long-term cold water stress caused significant or very significant decrease in plant height, panicle exsertion, top first internode length, anther length, anther volume, panicle length, 1 000-grain weight and seed setting rate in the tested materials, but the decreased degree of these indexes in J07 - 23 were lower. Under long-term cold water stress, changes of flag leaf length, flag leaf width, top second leaf length, top second intemode, anther width and total grain number per panicle in J07 - 23 were not significant, but these indexes de- creased significantly or very significantly in Xiuzinuo. Long-term cold water stress had no significant in- fluence on top second leaf width, top third internode length, primary branch number and secondary branch number, but top fourth internode length increased significantly in the tested materials. J07 - 23 has a strong tolerance to cold stress by comprehensive evaluation on responses of agronomic characters to long-term cold water stress.
