摘　　要：根据桔梗皂苷的研究历史,综述了桔梗中三萜皂苷类的成分及其药理活性。研究表明:桔梗作为一种食药同源的植物,具有很好的开发前景,值得进一步研究。The objective of this study is to summarize the studies on triterpenoid saponins of Platycodon grandiflorum and provide new reference for further research and exploitation. The structures of triter- penoid saponins and pharmacological activities of Platycodon grandiflorum were comprehensively reviewed according to phylogeny of Platycodon grandiflorum ~ The study shows that as an edible and medicinal herb, P. grandiforum is of bright developing prospect and worthy of being further investigated
