摘　　要：2012年,除了对前总统阿罗约的腐败指控和针对阿基诺家族的土地改革表现出的"家族斗争"和两次游行示威活动之外,菲律宾政治社会总体安定;经济增长率超过预期目标;外交上,南海问题给菲律宾与中国的关系造成一定影响,也因为南海紧张局势,菲律宾更加倒向美国和日本,极力在东盟扮演重要角色而难以如愿。In 2012, in addition to two demonstrations, Philippines＇ overall social stability was satisfying. In addition to the ＂family struggle＂ showing in the accused of corruption to the former president Arroyo and the land reform aiming to Aquino family, Philippines was well in politics. Economic growth exceeds expectatians. In diplomacy, South-China Sea issues caused some impact on the relation between Philippines and China, and also because of South-China Sea tensions, Philippines turned more backward to America and Japan, trying to play an important role in ASEAN but failed.
