摘　　要：本文阐述了高校图书馆面向中小学生服务的意义,分析了辽宁省高校图书馆对中小学生开放服务的现状,并针对开放过程中存在的问题提出了相关的措施与对策。The paper expatiated the social significance of the university libraries opening to primary and middle schools,analyzed the status quo of the opening services of the university libraries in Liaoning province and in the light of some problems in the opening process,put forward some corresponding countermeasures.
