摘 要:本文以生态循环型城市扬州为研究主体,以宁镇扬区域和江苏滨水城市群为比较对象,利用面板数据模型探究扬州与其他区域经济板块在水休闲旅游产业运营过程中各自的经济贡献度,并推导出生态循环型城市纳入区域经济板块的相对优势及形成机理。本文首先概述宁镇扬区域水休闲旅游产业运作模式现状;其次,分别比较扬州水休闲旅游产业与宁镇扬区域、省内其他滨水城市区域的产业经济势能;最后,在分析宁镇扬区域经济板块水休闲旅游产业运作效率的基础上探讨扬州对区域水休闲旅游产业的贡献程度。研究表明:扬州物价指数每提高1%,扬州的人均旅游消费则增加5.6元,消费具有刚性,即"棘轮效应";而针对棘轮效应的固有黏性递增定律的形成机理主要从休闲旅游市场供需关系层面、休闲旅游产业生态循环式开发技术层面和休闲旅游产业链要素企业生态循环式经营动力层面进行分析。This thesis mainly regards the ecological-circulation-type city Yangzhou as the research subject,takes the Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou area and Jiangsu waterfront city group as the compared objects,and explores the respective economic contribution of Yangzhou and other regional economic areas in the water leisure tourism operation based on the panel data model,deducing the relative advantage and forming mechanism of the ecological-circulation-type city's merging into the regional economic areas.It first outlines the present status of the Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou area's water leisure tourism operation mode.Then,it relatively compares the water leisure tourism economic potential energy of Yangzhou,the Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou area and the provincial other waterfront city groups.Finally,it discusses Yangzhou's contribution degree to the regional water leisure tourism based on the analysis of the Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou regional economic area's water leisure tourism operation efficiency.This research shows that:Yangzhou price index once increases 1% and Yangzhou's per tourism consumption will increase 5.6 Yuan.The consumption has rigidity feature named' ratchet effect',the formation mechanism of the inherent viscosity increasing law based on the ratchet effect will be analyzed from the angle of leisure tourism market's supply-demand relations,the angle of leisure tourism's eco-cycle development technology,and the angle of leisure tourism chain's element enterprise's eco-cycle operating power.
