摘 要:阐述了电容式靶式流量计的工作原理,设计了基于MSP430F149单片机的电容式靶式流量计的硬件和软件。采用IAPWS-IF97水蒸汽公式进行密度补偿,克服了传统水蒸汽密度补偿方法不能适应工况大范围变化和不能满足精度要求的缺陷,提高了测量的精度。采用FLUENT数值仿真软件模拟圆盘形、圆锥形、球形等3种靶片的受力、流体流经靶片的压力损失与被测流体质量流量之间的关系,为工程应用中靶片形状的选择提供理论依据。Operating principle of capacitive target flow-meter was elaborated. Control diagram and software flow chart of capacitive target flow-meter based on MSP430F149 single chip were designed. IAPWS - IF97 steam formula was used for density compensation. The disadvantage that traditional steam density compensation method cannot both fit the wide range of changes in industrial conditions and satisfy the precision demand is overcome. The measurement precision was raised. The relationship among the force, the pressure loss of fluid flowing through the target and the mass flow rates of the tested fluid under disc-shaped, conical and spherical targets ,was simulated by using FLUENT numerical simulation software. The results provide theory basis for the choice of target shape in engineering application.
