摘 要:为了简化井下信号传输的操作复杂性和提高可靠性,基于4~20 mA电流环数据传输方法,提出了将潜油电泵井下温度压力变送器输出的4~20 mA信号经潜油电机三相动力电缆传输和利用井上三相星型连接电抗器星点给井下数据采集单元供电的方案。计算并验证了信号传输距离,设计了基于星点通道的供电和信号传输方案。试验结果表明:该方案可实现长距离供电与信号的混合传输,可节省单独铺设信号传输线与供电线路的费用,简化了系统操作难度。In order to improve the complexity and reliability of signal transmission, proposed a program based on the 4 mA to 20 mA Current loop Data transfer method, that temperature and pressure transmitter' output, from 4 mA to 20 mA current signal, transmits along power cable of electrical submersible pump in the oil well and supplies direct current for data acquisition unit using three-phases star connected reactor. The transmission distance was calculated and tested. The program of power and signal transmis- sion based on star channel was designed. The experiment' result indicates that the method can realize the long-distance transmission of the test signal and supply direct current for temperature and pressure transmitter in same channel, save the cost for lay power lines and signal wire and simplify the system operation.
