摘　　要：本文从经济环境、基础设施与服务、教育与科研以及环境与资源四方面构建新疆区域投资环境评价指标体系,并在此基础上运用主成分分析方法对新疆两个地级市、19个县级市的投资环境状况进行评价,分析新疆区域投资环境的地域差异性。从分析可知,北疆城市的投资环境总体上要优于南疆城市,县级市间投资环境的差异较地级市间要显著得多。This paper constructs a regional investment environment assess index system in Xinjiang from the following four as- pects： economic environment, infrastructure and services, education and scientific research, and environment and resources. Ba- sing on this, this paper evaluates the investment environment of two prefecture - level cities and 19 county - level cities in Xin- jiang by using the principal component analysis to analyze the regional dfferences of regional investment environment in Xinjiang. And the analysis shows that the investment environment of cities in northern Xinjiang is superior to that in southern Xinjiang in general, and differences in the investment environment of county - level cities are more significant than those of the prefecture - level cities.
