新疆城市化与新型工业化关系的研究

摘　　要：城市化与工业化一直是中国经济发展的两条主旋律,如何建立城市化与工业化良性循环的互动机制就显得十分重要。本文比较研究新疆各地州、天山北坡经济带的城市化与工业化的关系,发现新疆总体城市化与工业化不协调,其主要原因是新疆重工业化发展战略、城乡分割体制、产业结构、产业结构与就业结构的变动关系等不合理造成的。今后应通过加快构筑城市带、加强区域合作、加快产业结构的调整、优化城市结构、提高新疆各地区城市的聚集能力等措施来促进新疆工业化与城市化的协调发展。Urbanization and industrialization are two main theme of China＇ s economic and social development, and how to create a virtuous circle of urbanization and industrialization mechanism of interaction is very important. This paper, through a compara- tive study of the relationship between the urbanization and industrialization of prefectures, the Tianshan Northern Slope Economic Belt in Xinjiang, finds that urbanization and industrialization in Xinjiang is uncoordinated in general, which can attribute to the irrationality of the national system, urban and rural segmentation system, industrial structure, the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure. Therefore, it is of necessity to speed up to build urban belt, strengthen regional cooperation, speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, optimize the urban structure, improving measures such as urban aggregation capa- bility in different regions in Xinjiang to promote a coordinated development of industrialization and urbanization in Xinjiang.
