摘  要:针对现有长输油气管道大口径热煨弯管坡口加工中存在的管口定位困难、加工用时长、坡口加工精度不高等一系列问题,设计了一种大口径热煨弯管坡口整形机。该设备采用了液压驱动控制系统、内涨式夹紧机构和浮动式切削机构,可准确进行管口定位,大幅提高切削功率。采用了专用成型车刀,可以确保弯管坡口角度的一致性。现场试验及应用表明:加工后的弯管坡口角度和表面粗糙度达到标准要求,整机结构设计合理,运行性能平稳,每道坡口的平均加工时间为5 min,确保了管体焊接对坡口质量的要求。同时,坡口加工精度的提高有效提高了弯管焊接施工效率,节约施工成本。In light of the difficulty in the positioning, the consumption of a long time and the low accuracy of the tube mouth during its processing in the existing long-distance oil and gas pipeline large-diameter hot heat tube bending groove, this paper de- sign a kind of large diameter hot heat tube bending groove plastic machine. This machine adopts a groove hydraulic control sys- tem, a go-up clamping insitutions and a float type cutting institutions, able to do accurate tube mouth positioning and dramatically increase the cutting power. Using the special molding tool, this paper can ensure that tube bending groove angle consitency. Field tests and applications show that after a good processing the tube bending groove angle and the surface roughness have come up to standard requirements ,the whole structure design is reasonable and the performance is steady,with the average processing time for each groove of being 5 rain, thus ensuring the tube body of groove welding quality requirements. At the same time, the machining accuracy of the groove and the bend pipe welding and the construction efficiency are effectively improved the construction costs reduced.
