摘  要:基于DELMIA的虚拟仿真技术,实现对白车身焊装线项目的前期工艺规划和仿真验证包括焊装线中工作站的建立、概念焊钳设计与验证、焊接工位的布局、干涉分析、三维工厂及离线编程的建立;通过仿真验证分析焊接装配过程中可能出现的问题,并提出了解决方法,确定工艺方案。指导现场装配和现场调试,提高工作效率,降低生产成本。The virtual simulation technology is used to implement the preliminary process planning and simulation verification of BIW welding line project, including the establishment of work station in weld-ing line, design and verification of conceptual welding clamp, layout of welding post, interference analy-sis and establishment of 3D plant and off-line programming. Problems that may appear during the weld-ing and assembling are analyzed through the simulation and verification, with solutions provided and process plan determined subsequently, thus to offer guidance for field assembly and field commissioning, hence raising efficiency and lowering production cost.
