R&D投入、发展差异与产业结构高度化研究——基于省际面板的实证检验  

R&D Investment Developmental Differences and Industrial Structure Supererogation——An Empirical Study Based on Provincial Panel Data in China

摘　　要：在后金融危机时代,我国东部地区着力推进以技术创新为动力的产业结构优化升级,中西部地区则以加快承接东部产业转移并保持经济增长速度为主要经济目标。在此背景下,采用2006～2010年省际面板数据,考察我国地区发展阶段差异所带来的研发投入、出口等因素对区域产业结构高度化的影响差异。结果显示,就全国而言,以R&D投入为表征的技术创新显著推进了我国产业结构的高度化;分区域估计结果表明,产业结构高度化的影响因素存在差异,东部地区R&D投入对产业结构的高度化产生显著促进作用,而中西部地区技术创新对产业结构高度化的回归系数不显著,出口成为中西部产业结构高度化的主要推动因素。In post - financial - crisis era, the easterm region focus on promoting technology innovation as the driving force of the op- timization and upgrading of industrial structure, the center and western regions undertake the industrial transfer of the easterm region and maintain the economic growth rate as the main econornic target. R＆D investment, export and industrial structure supererogation are analyzed using the 2006- 2010 panel data. The following conclusions are come to： First, the domestic R＆D investment are the major impetus of Chinese industrial structure supererogation. Second, R＆D investment in the eastern regions is of benefit to industrial structure supererogafion. R＆D investment in the center and western regions have not significant effect on industrial structure supererogation, while exports have significant positive effects.
