摘 要:对功米3号和滇屯502及其219个F3株系糙米与精米中总黄酮和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量进行了遗传变异及其相关性分析。结果表明:①总黄酮和GABA含量在F3群体糙米和精米中均呈现较大的变异,总黄酮表现出正态分布特征,属于多基因控制的数量性状;而GABA表现出偏态分布的特征,是由主效基因控制的数量性状;②糙米功能成分含量高于精米且两者呈极显著正相关,糙米总黄酮与糙米GABA呈极显著负相关,精米总黄酮与糙米GABA、精米GABA分别呈显著和极显著正相关。③筛选了一些高总黄酮和GABA含量的优良株系,为功能稻米的选育提供了材料基础。In this paper, the genetic variation and relationships of flavonoids and γ-Aminobutyrie Acid(GABA) content in brown rice and polished rice of 219 F3 lines derived from Gongmi 3 and Diantun 502 were analyzed. The results showd that (i) There were high variation between flavonoids and GABA content in brown rice and polished rice for F3 population. Moreover, flavonoids content followed the normal distribution, indicating it was quantitative traits controlled by multiple genes, whereas GABA content appeared skewed distribution, similar to quantitative traits controlled by major genes; (ii) Functional components content in brown rice was higher than that in polished flee, and they displayed significantly positive correlative at 0.01 levals; Flavonoids content in brown rice was extremely significant negative correlative with GABA of that, but flavonoids content in polished rice displayed significantly positive correlative with GABA content in brown or polished rice at 0.01 or 0.05 levels; (iii) Some high flavonoids and high GABA rice lines were selected, providing the material basis for function rice breeding.
