摘  要:以春鹃为试验材料,研究了不同浓度的GA3处理对其花期部分生理生化指标变化的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,4个浓度处理均能在一定程度上延长杜鹃花期,延缓花瓣衰败,提升观赏品质。1000 mg/L GA3处理对提前花期、提高成花率效果较好,1500 mg/L处理有利于花色素苷、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的积累,有效延缓花瓣超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的降低,花期最长。2000 mg/L处理,效果相对较差。Taken Rhododendron blossom as tested materials, the effects of different gibberellins (GA3 ) on some physiological and biochemi-cal characteristics in petals of Rhododevdeon simsii were studied during flowering process. The results showed that under four different con- centrations of GA3, the flowering duration, compared with control, was prolonged, the senescence of petals was delayed and the flower' s or- namental values was improved, of which the treatment of 1000 mg/L GA3 could be ahead of early flowering season and enhance flower forma- tion rate better, the treatment of 1500 mg/L accumulated the content of anthooyanin, soluble sugar and soluble protein in petals, also effec-tively delayed the decrease of the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in petals, and the flowering time was the longest. The effect of 2000 mg/L was relatively poor.
