摘  要:采用人工气候箱对橡胶树袋装苗和籽苗芽接苗进行低温胁迫处理,在过低温胁迫下,对橡胶树幼苗的生理生化指标和叶绿素a荧光动力学参数进行测试和研究。结果表明,袋装苗与籽苗芽接苗抗寒生理特征变化趋势相同,可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量在橡胶抗寒机制中不参与能量变化。但是,两种材料的叶绿素荧光参数具有显著性差异,表明籽苗芽接苗受伤害的程度要比袋装苗小,对低温的适应性要比袋装苗强。In this paper, the bag and grafting rubber seedlings were treated with climate box under chilling stress, of which the physiological and biochemical indexes and chlorophyll fluorescence dynamic parameters were determined and studied. The results showed that the anti- cold physiological characteristics of bag and grafting had a same change trend, the soluble protein and soluble sugar content in rubber cold resist-ance mechanism did not participate in energy change. However, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of two kinds of materials had a sig-nificant difference, which indicated that the hurt degree of grafting was smaller than that of hag and its adaptability was stronger that bag' un- der chilling stress .
