摘 要:为筛选新的水稻病害生防细菌,探索研究生防菌株生防潜能的评估方法。采用平板对峙培养法以水稻纹枯病菌(Thanatephorus cucumeris)、水稻稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe grisea(Hebert)Barr))和水稻恶苗病菌(Fusarium moniliforme Sheld)作指示病原真菌,从分离于水稻不同微生境的相关细菌中筛选颉颃细菌;依据颉颃细菌生防潜能的测试指标(抑菌活性强弱、产酶活性、解磷活性、固氮活性和产噬铁素活性)来初步评估其生防潜能。结果表明,水稻根围和根内微生境是水稻相关颉颃细菌的主要宿居地,用颉颃细菌生防潜能测试指标可以初步判定其生防潜能。To discover new bacteria for biocontrol of rice fungal pathogens, and to exploratory research the evaluation method of antagonists, the bacteria for antagonism to Magnaporthe grisea (Hebert) Barr, Fusarium moniliforme Sheld and Thanatephorus cucumeris from each mi- cruenvironment of rice-associated bacteria were screened by using plate dual culture assay. Evaluation of the bacterial isolates for biocontrol potential was based on the fungal antagonism and physiological characteristics (cellulolytic, proteolytic, chitinolytic, sidercphore, phosphor-us dissolving, nitrogen fixation). The result showed that the endorhiza and rhizosphere were the main reservoirs of antagonistic bacteria, and the test index of the candidate antagonistic bacteria could be used to preliminarily rule its biocontrel potential.
