摘 要:本研究以自育5个小麦稳定品系为材料,在温室中人工接种川麦42致病条锈菌突变菌株CM42-X进行苗期抗性鉴定,并连续2年在田间观察其对当前流行条锈菌混合小种(主要包括条中31、32、33,水源4、11)的抗病性反应。结果表明,品系"CD011鉴46"在2种条件下均表现出稳定抗病性。以"CD011鉴46"为母本与感条锈病品种"川麦28"杂交,构建F1、F2代分离群体。遗传分析发现,"CD011鉴46"抗条锈病性状受一对显性核基因控制,该基因暂被命名为YrJ46。该抗性基因可能来自"贵农19"或"绵阳91-305"。本研究结果将对"CD011鉴46"中抗条锈病基因YrJ46的有效利用、选育抗条锈病突变菌株CM42-X的小麦新品种提供理论依据。In this study, the resistance of 5 wheat lines to new strain CM42-X and the dominate epidemic races in China( mainly including in CY31,32,33, and Shuiyuan4,11 ) were evaluated in the greenhouse and field for two years, respectively. The result showed that a new line CD011Jian46 was screened out for its highly all-stage resistance and then was crossed with susceptible parent Chuanmal28. Based on the ge-netic analysis of F1 and F2, it was found that the resistance of CD011Jian46 was conferred by a dominant gene which was named by YrJ46 and YrJ46 maybe from Guinongl9 or Mianyanggl-305. This study would provide theoretical basis for application of resistance gene YrJ46 and breeding of wheat eultivars with new resistant gene.
