摘 要:以维西蔷薇、大花香水月季、粉红香水月季、丽江蔷薇和中甸刺玫等几种云南特有的蔷薇野生资源为试验材料,研究了-5℃到-30℃低温胁迫下叶片相对电导率(REC)、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量及丙二醛(MDA)含量等抗寒性生理指标与抗寒性的关系,并利用Logstic方程拟合低温半致死温度(LT50)和枝条恢复生长试验对抗寒性进行评价。结果表明:相对电导率随胁迫温度的降低呈"S"型曲线变化,可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量均随温度降低不断上升。枝条发芽率和成活率则随温度降低而减小。维西蔷薇的半致死温度最高,中甸刺玫的最低,分别为-15.71和-26.19℃。它们的抗寒性依次为:中甸刺玫>丽江蔷薇>粉红香水月季>大花香水月季>维西蔷薇。Several wild Rosa resources, R. weisiensis, R. odorata var. gigantea, R. odorata var. erubescens, R. lichiangensis, R. praeluccns, endemic to Yunnan were used to investigate the correlation between cold tolerance and physiological parameters such as relative electric con-ductivity ( REC), soluble protein, soluble sugar content and Malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Logstic equation fitted semi-lethal tempera-ture ( LT50 ) and branches restoring growth experiments were conducted to evaluate their cold hardiness. The results showed that relative elec-tric conductivity changed with stress temperature dropping as‘ S' curve, and soluble protein, soluble sugar content and MDA content also in-creased with stress temperature dropping. Buds sprouting and branch survival rate decreased with stress temperature dropping. The LT50 of R. weisiensis was the highest while that of R. praelucens was the lowest, being - 15.77 and - 26.19 ℃, respectively. The cold tolerance ability of the studied wild Rosa resources from high to low were followed by R. praelucens, R. lichiangensis, R. odorata var. erubescens, R. odorata vat. glgantea and R. welsiernsis.
