摘  要:以芍药品种‘桃花飞雪’、‘紫凤羽’为试验材料,以地栽为对照,研究其在槽、盆、袋3种栽培方式下的生长开花及生物量分配情况。结果表明:与对照相比,槽栽能显著提高芍药叶片数量,增加花枝长,提高开花率,增大着花量,利于提高切花品质。槽栽能提高芍药植株总生物量和地下生物量,对地上部分生物量的提高也有一定促进作用。不同栽培方式下芍药2个品种根冠比表现不同,‘桃花飞雪’根冠比差异显著,表明该品种在不同栽培方式下植株地上、地下竞争力差异较大,而‘紫凤羽’根冠比在不同栽培方式中没有明显的差异。Taken varieties of Paeonia lactiflora‘ Taohuafeixue' ,‘ Zifengyu' as tested materials and the cultivars in field as CK. The growth, florescence and biomass distribution of cultivars under three different cultivation patterns ( trough, pot, bag) were studied. The results showed that the trough could significantly increase the leaf amounts of Paeonia lactifiora compared with CK, and improve the branch length, the blooming rate and flower amounts, which was helpful to the quality of cut flower. The trough could enhance the total biomass and under-ground biomass, which could promote the aboveground biomass in some degree. Root-shoot ratio of the two cultivars was different under dif- ferent cultivation patterns. The root-shoot ratio of ‘Taohuafeixue' was significantly different,which indicated that its competition ability be-tween aboveground and underground was quite different, while the root-shoot ratio of ‘Zifengyu' was not different under different cultivation patterns.
