春秋兼用雄蚕新品种蒙草×红平4的育成

摘　　要：采用回交法,利用常规家蚕品系红云回交改良家蚕性连锁平衡致死系材料平28,育成了新的日系家蚕性连锁平衡致死系红平4,并与限性皮斑中系品种蒙草组配成雄蚕杂交组合蒙草×红平4。经实验室和农村鉴定,蒙草×红平4的雄蚕率达98%以上,健康易养,茧丝质优,产量和产值稳定,是一个优良雄蚕品种,适宜云南春季和秋季饲养。Adopting baekeross-breeding method,the sex-linked balanced lethal silkworm line Ping 28 was improved by backerossing using the excellent commercial silkworm strain Hongyun to breed a new sex-linked balanced lethal Japanese line Hongping 4. The new male silkworm hybridized combination Mengcao x Hongping 4 was constructed by crossing the sex-limited marking Chinese line Mengcao and Hongping 4. The identified results in laboratory and in rural showed that the new male silkworm variety Mengeao × Hongping 4 was a good male silkworm variety easy to rear with the male silkworm rate over 98 %, high cocoon and silk quality, and stable cocoon yield and income, which was feasible of spring and autumn rearing in Yunnan.
