低碳科技创新与文化产业融合发展研究

摘　　要：加强低碳科技创新,实现低碳科技与文化的融合,助推低碳文化和低碳经济社会发展是我国应对全球气候变化、主动承担国际减排责任、加快生态文明建设的重要战略选择。低碳科技创新是发展低碳文化、构建低碳社会的重要引擎,低碳文化发展是低碳科技创新的重要心理机制和社会基础。加强低碳文化科技创新,需要加强低碳科技创新的顶层设计、系统推进,加强低碳科技文化的公共服务供给,促进低碳文化产业和低碳社会的发展。Strengthening low-carbon innovation of science and technology, low carbon technology and cultural integration, boosting the low carbon culture and low carbon economic and social development are the important strategic choice for our response to global climate change, active commitment to the international responsibility, and to accelerate the construction of ecological civilization. Low carbon innovation of science and technology is the important engine to develop low carbon culture and build a low carbon society. The low carbon cultural de- velopment is the important psychological mechanism and social foundation of the low carbon innovation of sci- ence and technology. For the enhancement of low carbon culture innovation of science and technology, we need to strengthen the low carbon culture science and technology innovation, promoting top-level design system, strengthening of low-carbon technology culture of public service supply, to promote low carbon culture industry and the development of low carbon society.
