摘　　要：目的探讨动力髋螺钉(dynamic hip screw,DHS)内固定治疗股骨转子周围骨折的效果。方法回顾性分析2001年1月—2011年12月间应用DHS内固定治疗的股骨转子周围骨折242例的临床资料。结果本组中股骨颈基底骨折优良率为89.7%,股骨转子间骨折优良率为95.9%,股骨转子下骨折优良率为90.0%。结论 DHS是治疗股骨转子周围骨折的可靠方法,但手术方案的选择应综合考虑骨折类型、内固定物的生物力学特点。术后早期功能锻炼是保证髋关节功能恢复的关键。Objective To explore the effect of dynamic hip screw （DHS） in treatment of peritrochanteric fractures. Methods Clinical data of 242 patients with peritrochanteric fractures during January 2001 and December 2011 treated with DHS internal fixation was retrospectively analyzed. Results In this group the good rate of femoral neck basilar fracture was 89.7% , the good rate of femoral intertrocbanteric fracture was 95.9% , and the good rate of femoral sub- trochanteric fractures was 90.0%. Conclusion DHS is a reliable method in treatment of peritrochanteric fractures, but operative plans should be consider of the fracture types and fixator biomechanical characteristics. Early postoperative functional exercise is the key point of function recovery of hip ioint.
