摘　　要：目的通过对企事业管理人员的健康检查和风险评估,了解该人群的健康状况,并对该人群进行健康管理需求分析。方法对1699名体检者的体检结果采用"KYN评估模型"进行分析,并对糖尿病、冠心病、中风的危险性进行评估。结果该人群健康状况不容乐观,存在肥胖、超重、血压、血脂方面的异常。该人群中无危险因素的占7.77%,有1项危险因素的仅占8.24%,且发生糖尿病的风险较高。结论企事业管理人员健康状况不容乐观,应加强对该人群的健康教育,以提高其健康水平。Objective To learn health status of the health screening and risk assessment of administrators in enterprises and corporations, and to analyze the healthy management requirements of the crowd. Methods Medical examination results of 1699 administrators were analyzed by KYN assessment model, and risks of diabetes, coronary heart disease and stroke were also assessed. Results The health situations of the crowd were not optimistic, and many problems existed such as obesity, overweight, blood pressure and blood lipid anomaly. The 7.77% of crowd had not any risk factors, only 8.24% of crowd had one risk factor, and diabetes had higher risk. Conclusion The administrators＇health situations is not optimistic, heahh education should be strengthened in order to increase their health levels.
