犬戊型肝炎病毒及腺病毒I型混合感染引起犬肝炎及癌前病变的诊断

摘　　要：对一病犬所患的疾病进行了临床检查、免疫学检测、病理解剖及组织学观察,结果表明:经ELISA戊型肝炎抗原检测,抗原阳性;ELISA犬腺病毒I型抗原检测,抗原阳性;临床检查显示肝炎、肝性腹水、肝癌体征;4、组织学检查显示肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌前病变;结论是戊型肝炎病毒、腺病毒I型混合感染引发肝炎和肝癌前病变.Disease which was suffered by a dog has been studied by us, it included clinical examination, immunological detection, pathological anatomy and histology. The results showed that antigen was positive, which detected by enceph- alomyocarditis virus antigen and ELISA adenovirus I of dog; Clinical examination revealed hepatitis, hepatic ascites, liver cancer signs; Histological examination displayed the hepatitis, cirrhosis, hepatic precancerous lesion. The result is that the diagnosis of canine and hepatitis of precancerous lesions was Caused by mixed infection of canine hepatitis E virus and adenovirus type I.
